Fully Automatic Inspection
It is the industry’s first fully automatic inspection for curtain wall units based on digital twins
The industry's first fully automatic 3D scanner developed in-house
The maximum scanning area is 6 meters by 4 meters.
The scanned model can be imported into a modeling software for a test assembly. Subsequent units can then be adjusted based on the overall effect to ensure the installation accuracy of the double-curved curtain wal.
Fully Automatic Water Tightness Test
We have developed a fully automatic water tightness testing system.
The mechanical structure enables automatic flipping of unit components, distribution of water tanks, and water immersion testing.
It can inspect approximately 300 finished units per day, ensuring quality in a more efficient and safer manner compared to traditional water immersion testing methods that rely on overhead cranes.
The system automatically detects the thickness of each unit and feeds this data back to the program, which then automatically calculates the immersion depth for each unit, maintains the test pressure, and ensures the accuracy of the test results for every unit.
